| My Wife and I were very pleased to have met with your agent, Terri Davey, and to have her help us to find an investment property in the valley. We first found The Cox Team of Realty Executives on the Internet and sent in a request on a specific piece of property per that listing. We were contacted by Terri and found her to be very easy to work with. Although the first thing we asked about wasn't the right thing for us she kept researching and found other things for our preview. We would not have found the property we ended up with if it had not been for her continuing to look for us. We were put in touch with your lender Paul Parshley, and , Wow!, did he make everything fly right. My local lender was not able to offer us the same speedy help. In fact, the whole Cox team was great. Everyone we needed to speak to was easily accessible whenever we called. If they could not answer our questions on the spot, they always called back with answers in a timely manner. I have another friend here in Flagstaff that is considering a joint effort for another investment in the valley. If fact, Terri is still sending possible properties for our preview.
